In the past several weeks I have observed employees at the Chick-Fil-A in J Street preparing food with their bare hands. On one occasion the person was stuffing the fries in the box with his bare hands, and I also saw someone preparing chicken without wearing any gloves. I am outraged that food service employees show such disregard for students’ health. After I contacted dining services to report what I saw, it took three phone calls just to get one returned. The caller left a message saying he would try back later, but he never has. We are paying a lot of money to go to this school and for or meal plans; the least we expect are sanitary dining conditions.
