The Student Association and the Dining Services Commission created a new e-mail account to get feedback from students about service at J Street. Students can e-mail email@example.com to voice their complaints, suggestions and requests for improved service.
Members will check the e-mail account, respond to messages and forward comments to DSC members representing individual food venues, DSC Chair Jared Dagnen said.
The Dining Service Commission began distributing comment cards in J Street Wednesday. Dagnen said the DSC will also conduct informal interviews with students to get a better understanding of what changes students want.-Michael Augello
