Shabby computer labs

The computer labs on campus are in shambles. I switched machines three times before I found one that was working well enough for me to use (this is all too common an experience). That’s not to mention the fact that every time I switched machines I had to wait in line to get another machine.

Also, the person working the help desk didn’t know anything about what was wrong with the machines I was trying to use. I ask you, what kind of help is this? I am appalled by the quality of service. I am paying hundreds of dollars per credit hour to attend this institution of higher learning, and the tools I need don’t even work!

I am not getting a good return on my investment!
