GW All-Century Baseball Team

GW baseball coach Tom Walter created an All-Century Baseball Team for GW this winter.Eligibility was contingent on the player having started at GW for a minimum of three years. Selection criteria were based purely on college statistics.

Player of the Century:

Hank Bunnell ’71Pitching Statistics: 30-13, 1.82 ERA, 360 KsOffensive Statistics: .344, 7 HR, 52 RBIHighlights: Pitched perfect game vs. Scranton; won both ends of a doubleheader with William & Mary, striking out 18, allowing four hits and no runs; third-round draft choice of the Washington Senators.
