Coffee Recipes

Even if you can’t get out to a coffee shop, you can enjoy delicious coffee drinks at home. Below, a few recipes for daring coffee lovers.

Thai Iced Coffee
Brew some extra strong coffee using six to eight tablespoons of French roast and a 1/2 cup boiling water. Add two teaspoons of condensed milk and pour over ice.

Caf? Mocha
Add one ounce of chocolate syrup to one shot of espresso. Fill the rest of the mug with foamed milk. Top with whipped cream and add some chocolate sprinkles for flair.

Irish Coffee
Warm up a mug in the microwave. Pour in two tablespoons of whiskey and stir in one teaspoon of brown sugar. Add 2/3 cup of coffee to the mix. Slowly pour three tablespoons of lightly whipped cream over a spoon to create a thin layer on top of the coffee.

Caf? Mexicano
Whip 1/4 cup of heavy cream with 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg and one tablespoon of sugar. Put a teaspoon of chocolate sauce on the bottom of four mugs. Add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to the coffee and pour into cups. Stir to mix coffee and chocolate syrup. For the finishing touch, heap the whipped cream on top.

Caf? Au Lait
Bring 3/4 cup of whole milk to a boil in a small saucepan. Whisk the milk the entire time to make it frothy. Brew a cup of coffee. Pour the milk and coffee simultaneously into a mug. Spoon froth on top.

Caf? AlbertoBrew a cup of strong coffee. In a mug, place a small scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream. Pour the hot coffee over the ice cream and serve immediately.
