Women’s volleyball: GW defeated Fordham, 5-15, 15-8, 15-11 and 15-3 Wednesday in the Bronx, N.Y.
The Colonial women managed a .239 hitting percentage to Fordham’s .160 hitting percentage. GW (14-8, 8-5 A-10) was led by Tai Bethune, who led all players with 18 kills, while Renee Arnold who tallied 10 kills.
Women’s soccer: GW lost to the University of Maryland 3-2 Wednesday night in College Park, Md.
