It doesn’t seem like there are any snow days in the immediate future, but here are some other things to look forward to:

Folk-pop outfit The Magnetic Fields will be kicking off their 2010 tour at Lisner Auditorium Feb. 4; tickets are $28 for GW students and $35 for the general public. Before you go, check out the group’s latest album, “Realism,” which was released Jan. 26.
Documentary filmmaker Morgan Spurlock will be discussing “Super Size Me” at the Corcoran Gallery of Art Feb. 2. Tickets are $20.
Program Board will be showing the controversial movie “Precious” Feb. 2 in the Marvin Center, as part of its free Spring Film Series.

And here’s some good news:

The Hatchet has a nice video this week from the Tai Shan farewell festival. Pandas! Yay!
