Jeffrey Sachs, one of the world’s most influential economists, turned up the heat on the Obama administration and international leaders to take action on climate change Monday at the Elliott School of International Affairs. Sachs is the director of Columbia University’s Earth Institute and a special adviser to the United Nations.
