If the university is going to continue to allow students to smoke directly outside the entrances to academic buildings (like Gelman) then they should not restrict smoking on balconies, where students smoke in a secluded area not harming others. Can GW students find it in themselves (believe me I know this is tough for a lot of you) to not be obnoxious alcoholics every weekend and actually explore the city that they're going to school in? No? This is GW, with students incapable of appreciating culture who rather think the best activities are going to frat parties, getting drunk in their dorms, spending money on food and now breaking stuff.
