A student reported that an alumnus was bothering him on the Metro because the alumnus was not admitted to the student’s fraternity.

A student reported to the University Police Department that he had a one-night stand with another student, who then began calling and harassing him.
Referred for disciplinary action

Disorderly Conduct

9/3/11 – 2:21 a.m. Location: Thurston Hall Case closed

UPD officers responded to a report from a student who said he was walking inside the residence hall with a pizza when another male student asked for a slice. When he declined to share, the other student became angry and disorderly.

Burglary

9/24/11 – 2:14 p.m. Location: Ivory Tower

Students confronted an unknown female subject, a woman between 40 and 50 years old, while she was attempting to steal an Xbox video game console. She fled the scene.

A male student threw a gummy bear at a UPD vehicle, striking one passenger.
Referred for disciplinary action

Lewd Acts

8/10/11 – 1:26 p.m. Location: Gelman Library Starbucks

A student reported to UPD that she observed another customer reading a newspaper and masturbating under it while seated at Starbucks. The suspect soon fled the area. UPD received a notification about it two hours after the incident.

A member of GW housing staff reported to UPD seeing a male student and a female student having sex in a multipurpose room.
