You’ve got to wonder, if these people didn’t think they were being compensated properly and were such stellar employees, why they didn’t leave right then and there, since they would certainly be snatched up immediately by employers looking for their marvelous contributions.

I would like to join this law suite. I have been working with GW regular part/full time for years. I work part-time for about 3 yrs and would always have to work overtime and weekends. But, GW rationalized that you would have had to attain permission from your supervisor. When I was an expempt employee and worked without time off or paid overtime. Also, we have been changed from exempt to non-exempt in the SPHHS. They claimed that I only worked 40 hours of overtime in 2 years, which is not true. Also, the people that GW have as exempt now get comp-time and got paid for the same time.

GW has ALWAYS hated hated hated paying employees overtime. I’ve been told not to work the last 3 days of the week several times in the past just so I wouldn’t go over my hours.

I was only reimburse for 1 Year worths of overtime and I don’t know how did thay arrived by thenumber of hours.
