Letter to the Editor: Regulate vendors

All at once, GW icon Manouch is being forced off of campus while food trucks foul up the area outside Kogan Plaza and its million dollar gates. GW and the D.C. government should follow New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani’s example in setting up marketplaces for vendors.

Managing public space should be a shared issue for the GW administration, its students and the Foggy Bottom community. This is an important quality of life issue for us all. Let Manouch use the covered space in Kogan Plaza for late night hot dogs and send that dirty white truck packing. Fight the Power.
