Contrary to your statement on p. 10, attributed to ESIA Associate Dean Edward McCord, there are indeed other parts of the new building dedicated to elements of the University other than the ESIA. Two divisions of the Columbian School of Arts and Sciences, the Department of Geography and the Institute for Urban Environmental Research will occupy more than 4,000 square feet of space on the fifth floor of the building. Plus, the Geography Department will have a display monitor for the 4-Winds weather station in the lobby.
In addition, the Academy of American Diplomacy will occupy a suite in the same building. It is doubtful that Dr. Henry Kissinger and a number of other former ambassadors, statesmen and stateswomen in the AAD would want to be considered as ancillary parts of the ESIA. The Department of Geography, which operates the only full-scale Geographic Information Systems laboratory on campus and manages to teach about 400 students each semester, would be pleased to help you write a more thorough article.
