Levey played in all 29 matches for the Colonial women this season, totaling 718 set assists. Combined with 1,233 assists from her freshman season, Levey is sixth in GW history in career assists after only two seasons. Levey is only 413 assists from third on the career list.
Her match high in assists (44) came against A-10 regular season champion Xavier Sept. 19. In that GW win, Levey also had her season high in digs with 23. Levey's 401 total digs this season is the eighth highest single-season total in GW history.
"This award was a pleasant surprise and I have no one else but my teammates to thank," Levey said. "They made it all possible."
